- How do we get our room card back when we have booked?
A 24-hour kiosk is available at the entrance. It's easy to use: select your language, then arrive with a reservation, enter your surname, then choose your supplements (pet supplement, breakfast) and pay by credit card.
the terminal will issue you with a magnetic card that allows you to open the hotel entrance door, your room door and activate the electricity in your room, as well as the bill.
- What are the breakfast times and where are they served?
Breakfast room at the hotel le calice from 6.30am to 9.00am.
Breakfast is served in the hotel eco room in July and August.
- How do I get my room card back if I arrive late?
There is a 24-hour credit card machine at the hotel entrance.
- Can we arrive early in the morning to take a room for the day?
Depending on availability, you can arrive as early as 5am and use the vending machine to get a room.
-Is it possible to pay using a method other than a bank card?
Yes in cash or bank cheques if you arrive during the reception hours of the calice du gévaudan from 7am to 2.30pm and from 5.30pm to 9.30pm.
Alternatively, you can prepay in advance.
-Can we pay with holiday vouchers even if we arrive after reception hours?
Yes, by guaranteeing the room in advance by credit card, we will request a pre-authorisation on the credit card.
- Are pets allowed?
Yes, with a supplement of 10 euros.
- Is it possible to have a disabled room?
Yes, we have 2 disabled rooms.
- Can we put a cot in the bedrooms?
Yes, available in all room categories for a supplement of 10 euros.
- Is it possible to add an extra bed in bedrooms with three people?
No, that's not possible.
- What type of beds are there in the three-bed rooms?
A 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm extra bed
